Issue

This document applies to the following products:

  • HP Photosmart 3108, 3110, and 3110v

  • HP Photosmart 3207, 3210, 3210a, 3210v, 3210xi, 3213, and 3214

The printer picks up and feeds multiple sheets of paper simultaneously from the photo tray. Picking up multiple sheets of paper simultaneously might cause a paper jam.

Solution

The photo paper is pushed too far into the photo tray. Use the following steps to reload the photo paper in the photo tray.

  1. Remove the photo paper from the photo tray.

  2. Place the photo paper in the photo tray.

NOTE: Do not overload the photo tray. Load less paper into the tray to avoid paper jams.
  3. Make sure the paper length guide fits snugly against the edge of the photo paper.

NOTE: Do not force the paper length guide against the edge of the photo paper.
