HP LaserJet - Products not supported or with limited support in OS X 10.7 and later

Introduction

Most HP LaserJet printers are supported in Mac OS X 10.7, 10.8, 10.9 and the latest OS X 10.10 Yosemite operating system.

The HP driver update for most HP LaserJets can be obtained using Apple Software Update (ASU).

NOTE: Remember to turn on the printer and connect to the internet before running Apple Software Update (ASU). For more information, go to Install the HP update for OS X 10.7 and later (c03413323) (in English).

A few products, however, have limited software support in Yosemite and some older HP LaserJet printers are not supported.
